Hot Stone Therapy
Warmed basalt stones are laid along the spine and held in the hands while your therapist massages around them. The steady heat softens muscle far more quickly than hands alone, which makes this a good choice in cold weather or after a heavy training week.
Tell your therapist how warm you would like the stones; they are adjusted to your comfort. The extended session covers the legs and feet as well as the back and shoulders.
