These terms cover the use of this website and the appointments you request through it. They are written plainly on purpose.
Using this website
You are welcome to browse, read and share anything on this website. The text, photographs and design belong to the studio and are not licensed for reuse elsewhere without asking us first.
We keep the information here as accurate as we can. Prices, opening hours and treatment details can change, and the version shown at the time you book is the one we will honour.
Appointment requests
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your slot is held only once we have replied to confirm it, normally by email on the same day.
No payment is taken through this website for treatments. Anything owing is settled at the studio after your session.
If you need to move or cancel a confirmed appointment, please tell us at least 24 hours beforehand so the time can be offered to someone else.
Orders from the shop
Products bought through the shop are charged at the price shown at checkout and sent to the address you give us. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it.
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened jars or bottles back.
