Deep Tissue Massage
Firmer and slower than a Swedish massage, this session focuses on the places you carry stress: the upper back, the neck, the hips. Your therapist works through one area at a time rather than covering the whole body.
You may feel it the next day, in the way you do after good exercise. Drink plenty of water afterwards and let us know if anything feels tender so pressure can be eased.

Maya has led the studio's therapy team for nine years. She trained in Swedish and deep-tissue massage, and now spends most of her week teaching the breathing and stretching routines guests take home with them.
