Measure Once, Order Once

Every measurement below is taken flat across the garment and then doubled, in centimetres. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one for knitwear and outerwear and the smaller one for jersey, which relaxes with wear.

How to measure yourself

  • Chest and bust: around the fullest part, keeping the tape level under the arms.
  • Waist: around the narrowest part of the torso, usually just above the navel.
  • Hip: around the fullest part, roughly 20 cm below the waist.
  • Inside leg: from the crotch seam of a well-fitting pair of trousers to the hem.
  • Foot length: stand on paper, mark heel and longest toe, measure between the marks.
