Meridian Studio runs 60 client sites from one panel
Meridian is an eight-person design studio. They had client sites spread across five hosts, inherited one project at a time, and no consistent way to give a client access to their own site.
The problem
Every site had a different control panel, a different backup story and a different person who knew the password. Onboarding a new developer took a week, and offboarding one was a scramble to work out what they had access to.
The change
All sixty sites moved onto two Scale plans over three weekends, with our team handling the migrations. Team accounts replaced shared logins, scoped per site rather than per account.

The unexpected benefit
Clients who could safely be given read-only access stopped emailing to ask whether the site was up. Support volume into the studio dropped by about a third.
