Will you move my existing site?
Yes, at no charge. Open a ticket with your current host’s login, and we will copy the files and database, run it on a staging URL for your approval and cut DNS over at a time you pick, usually overnight in your timezone.
Do you limit plugins?
We block a short list of plugins that duplicate what the platform already does, mostly caching and backup plugins that fight our own. Everything else runs, including custom code.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
Nothing breaks. We email you at 80% and again at 100%, and you have fourteen days to tidy up or move to a larger plan. We never delete data to enforce a quota.
