How long does provisioning take?
Stock configurations are racked, imaged and handed over within four hours. Custom builds that need parts ordered take three to five working days, and we confirm the date before you pay.
What happens if a drive fails?
We monitor SMART on every disk and open the ticket ourselves. Replacement is free, done inside four hours, and on RAID sets it happens with the machine still running.
Can I bring my own licences?
Yes for control panels, operating systems and databases. We can also resell most of them if you would rather keep it on one invoice.
