When a prescription is approved it goes straight into the delivery queue, where it is matched to the nearest partner pharmacy. That single step removes most of the waiting people used to expect from a repeat order.

Each order is packed against a checklist and sealed before it leaves. You can follow its progress in the app, and the courier will let you know when they are close.

Planning for busy weeks

Demand is not steady across the year, so we plan capacity ahead of the seasons we know are heaviest. Extra couriers, longer pharmacy hours and a larger buffer of everyday items all help keep delivery windows short.

Where a courier route is disrupted, orders are re-assigned automatically rather than waiting for the next day.

Safe hand-over

Contactless hand-over is the default. You can leave delivery notes for your address, nominate a neighbour, or ask for the order to be held at a collection point if that is easier for you.
