Can I change plan later?
Any time, in either direction. Changes take effect from your next billing date and nothing in your care record is affected.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel from your account whenever you like.
What is not included?
Anything requiring hospital care or a specialist referral sits outside these plans. Our clinicians will always tell you before a service falls outside your cover.
Do you offer a plan for organisations?
We do. Talk to the care team about cover for a workplace, a school or a community group and we will build something that fits.
