Milestone Detail
Planning approval was granted in the first quarter of 2025 after an eighteen month design process with the City of Melbourne. The consent covers thirty-four storeys and one hundred and forty-two homes with no further referrals outstanding.
Piling began in the third quarter of 2025 and the core is currently rising at one floor every six working days. Structure completion is programmed for the first quarter of 2026.
