Perched on Level 32, the Sky Terrace redefines resort living in the heart of Melbourne. The infinity-edge pool captures panoramic city views from sunrise to midnight, while private BBQ pavilions and a residents' dining room offer a setting for every occasion.
Landscaped gardens and sun-drenched lounges complete a rooftop experience reserved for Harrington residents and their guests. The dining room seats fourteen and may be booked through the concierge at no charge.

Wellness Floor
The wellness floor holds a fully equipped gym with cardio, free weights and resistance stations, a mirrored studio for private training or yoga, and a steam room finished in the same honed stone as the residences.
Equipment is commercial grade and serviced monthly. The studio may be booked by the hour and the floor is open from five in the morning until midnight.

on Every Shift
The Harrington concierge desk is staffed around the clock. Parcels are received and held in a refrigerated store where needed, dry cleaning is collected and returned, and restaurant or theatre bookings are made on request.
Residents arriving late are met at the porte-cochere, and the team holds keys for cleaners, trades and pet minders against a written authority.

A dedicated floor for working from home without working in your living room. Long tables, booth seating and four acoustically separated meeting pods sit beside a barista-grade kitchen.
