Harrington Group collects personal information when you register your interest, request a floor plan or contact the sales team. This policy explains what is collected, how it is used and the choices available to you.

What we collect

When you complete the interest form we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the residence type and budget range you select, and anything you write in the message field. Our web server also records the usual technical information: your IP address, browser and the pages you view.

How we use it

Your details are used to answer your enquiry, to send project updates you have asked for, and to allocate a sales consultant to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Information may be disclosed to our sales agency, our conveyancer and our IT providers, each of whom is bound to use it only for the purpose we supply it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for three years from your last contact with us, or for seven years where a contract of sale was entered into, as Australian tax and property law requires.

Your choices

Every project update carries an unsubscribe link and you may opt out at any time. You may also ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Requests and complaints go to the privacy officer at the display suite address, and are answered within thirty days.

This site uses cookies to remember your session and to measure which pages are read. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them, though the interest form will not remember a part-completed entry.
