An hour in your house tells us more than a week of photographs. This is what the hour is spent on.

We Measure Everything

Walls, ceiling heights, window reveals, radiator positions, socket heights and the swing of every door. The drawing that comes back to you is only as good as that hour, and a wrong ceiling height is discovered on fitting day at the worst possible cost.

We Ask About The Week

Who gets home first, where the coats land, which chair everybody wants, what has to be within reach of the kettle. The plan follows the answers, which is why two identical rooms rarely end up with the same layout.

You Get A Figure

Before we leave, you have a fee for the design and a realistic range for the build. Nobody enjoys the second conversation about money, so we have it first.
