Privacy Policy
This page explains what we do with the details you give us. It is short because we collect very little, and it is written plainly because we would rather you read it.
What We Collect
When you send the enquiry form we keep your name, your email address, your telephone number and the message you wrote. When you visit the site we keep the anonymous page counts our own server records. Nothing else.
Why We Keep It
So that a designer can answer you, and so that we can find the conversation again when your project starts. We do not use your details for anything else and we do not sell or share them.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after twelve months. Project records are kept for six years, which is what our insurers and our accountants require.
What You Can Ask For
A copy of everything we hold about you, a correction to anything that is wrong, or the deletion of the lot. Write to the studio and we will answer within a working week.
Questions About Your Data
Write to the studio and the person who answers the telephone will put you through to whoever holds the file.
