Orders

A contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when the order is placed. If we have priced something wrongly we will tell you before we ship and you can cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and include applicable sales tax where we are registered.

Lifetime Warranty

Every product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it. Wear from use is not a defect, but we will repair it anyway wherever we reasonably can.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery, used or unused, for a full refund. Send it back muddy; we would rather you tested it properly.

Refunds go to the original payment method within five working days of the item reaching the workshop.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

The outdoors is not risk free and no product removes that risk. Read the instructions that come with your shelter.
