How We Hire

Small team, no agencies, no take-home tests that run to a week. You will meet the people you would work with, see the workshop, and be told the salary band in the first conversation.

Everyone here gets two paid days a year to spend outside, and a full kit allowance on their first day.

Open Roles

Product Developer, Shelters. Portland workshop, full time. You will own the Summit Dome line from pattern to production.

Repair Technician. Portland workshop, full time. Zips, seams, shells and frames, for the life of every product we have sold.

Customer Field Support. Remote, part time. You have spent real nights out and can talk someone through a pole repair over the phone.
