What We Collect

When you place an order we hold your name, delivery address, email address and order history. When you subscribe to trail reports we hold your email address and nothing else.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Payment

Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers. We store only the last four digits and the card type, so support can identify an order.

Cookies

This site sets a session cookie so your basket survives a page load, and a preference cookie if you dismiss a notice. Nothing else is set unless you ask for it.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We answer within thirty days.

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it; everything else is deleted on request.
