Your pass

A pass admits one named person for all three days. Studio passes admit five, and the five names can be changed at any time up to the morning of the first day.

Transfers and refunds

Passes are fully transferable at no cost up to fourteen days before the event. Refunds, less a ten percent handling fee, are available until June 30, 2026. After that date, transfers only.

Changes to the programme

Speakers occasionally cancel. We will replace a cancelled session with one of equivalent standing wherever we can, and a change of speaker is not grounds for a refund. If the conference itself is cancelled we refund every pass in full.

Recording

We film the stages. Attending means you accept that you may appear in the audience of a recording. Tell the crew if you would rather not be filmed and we will seat you outside the frame.

Admission

We may refuse admission or revoke a pass without refund for a breach of the code of conduct. Badges are checked at the door of every hall.
