Yes, and it costs nothing. Any pass holder who needs a personal assistant or a companion can bring one, with the same access to every stage, workshop and reception. Ask for it when you book and we will send a second badge.
Every session on Tracks A, B and C is captioned live, projected beside the speaker and mirrored to your own device over the conference network. The four keynotes on the main stage also carry German and English interpretation.
Yes, everywhere: the stages, the workshop rooms, the dining hall and the receptions. Tell us in advance and we will keep a spot with water at each hall and a relief area beside the Hall 1 entrance.
The quiet room on the first floor of Hall 2 has no music, no screens and dimmed lighting, and it is open from 08:00 to 18:00 on all three days. Every room also keeps low stimulus seating at the back, close to the door.
