Partnership // FORM 2026
Put your name
behind FORM
Two thousand designers from sixty countries, three days, sixty sessions on three stages. A FORM partnership puts your studio in the room with them rather than on a banner behind them.

Where your
name would sit
The 2026 wall as it stands today. Platinum closes at three, Gold at five, Bronze stays open until the programme goes to print.

Bronze
No, and this is the one thing that is never negotiable. The programme is chosen by the curation team on merit, months before the partner wall is closed. What a Gold or Platinum tier does buy is a session slot inside a track, shaped with the same curators and marked on the card as partner programmed. Nine of last year’s twelve partner sessions scored above the conference average.
The contract lists eight deliverables with a named owner and a date against each. Brand assets are due from you eight weeks out, stand drawings six weeks out, and your session outline four weeks out. Everything we owe you, from the stand handover to the post event report, sits on the same schedule.
You get the attendees who chose to share their details with you, and nobody else. Every attendee sees a partner list at registration and ticks the ones they want to hear from. Last year that was 31 percent of the room on average, and 44 percent for partners who ran a stand. The file arrives four weeks after the event with name, role, company and email.
Platinum and Gold are usually settled by the end of January, because the stands, the stage graphics and the printed programme are all built from that list. Bronze stays open until July 17, 2026. Anything agreed after that date carries the digital placements only, at a reduced fee.
Yes, under two conditions: it does not clash with a main stage session, and it is open to any pass holder rather than to an invited list. We will put it in the app, on the schedule board in the foyer and in the daily email. Six partners did this in 2025 and four of them filled the room.
Bronze is priced so that a small studio can take it, and it is the tier most independents choose. Beyond that we hold two community slots each edition, free, for a studio or collective doing work the curation team wants the room to see. Write to us with the work rather than a deck.
