One flat platform fee on the funds you raise, and nothing else. There is no charge to apply, no listing fee and no surcharge for hitting your goal. Payment processing is included in the platform fee rather than billed separately.

Funds are released against the milestones you set when the campaign was built, typically an initial release at close, then further releases as tooling, manufacturing and shipping are reached. It protects your backers and it keeps your cash flow tied to real progress.

A pledge is a commitment to a project, not a pre-order from a shop, so there is always some risk. We reduce it by reviewing every campaign before it launches and by releasing funds against milestones rather than in one lump on day one.

Our team steps in as soon as a project misses a milestone, and any funds still held against later milestones stop being released. Creators are required to keep backers updated in writing, and we publish those updates on the campaign page.

Yes, up until the campaign closes you can change or withdraw a pledge from your account with no charge. After close, the creator has committed the money to production, so cancellations are handled case by case.
