Volunteers

Around thirty volunteers keep the conference running: the registration desk, room hosting, speaker support and the audio-visual crew. Volunteers get a full pass for the days they work, meals, and the crew shirt.

Shifts are four hours, so you still see most of the programme. No experience needed for any of the crews except audio visual, and we run a briefing the evening before.
