This conference is a working environment for everyone who attends. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated, from attendees, speakers, sponsors or organisers.
Harassment includes offensive comments about gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age or religion; deliberate intimidation; unwelcome photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks; and unwelcome physical contact or attention.
Anyone asked to stop any harassing behaviour is expected to comply immediately. Sponsors are subject to the same policy: no sexualised imagery on stands, no sexualised clothing or uniforms, and no staff who create a sexualised environment.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concern, contact a member of staff at the registration desk. Staff wear pink lanyards and can be found on every floor. We will help you contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist you in feeling safe for the duration of the conference.
We may take any action we deem appropriate, including a warning or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
