When you buy a ticket we hold your name, email address and billing details for as long as accounting rules require. When you submit a form on this site we hold what you typed into it so that we can reply. When you volunteer or propose a talk we hold your submission for the duration of that programme cycle.
We share attendee details with sponsors only where you have explicitly opted in, on the badge scan or in your booking. There is no default sharing and no pre-ticked boxes.
This site sets a session cookie for the shopping cart and nothing else. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will act within thirty days. The contact form reaches the same team.
