Is lunch included with every pass?
Yes. Every pass includes lunch on each day it covers, and there are vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options without pre-booking.
Can I switch which day my one-day pass covers?
Yes, up to twenty-four hours before the conference opens. Email us and we will move it, at no charge.
Are the sessions recorded?
Every session is recorded and published free of charge about two weeks after the closing keynote.
Is the venue accessible?
Every room is step-free, the main hall has a hearing loop, and reserved seating is available at the front of each room. Tell us what you need when you book.
Do you offer group rates?
Group rates start at five people. Contact us with the number of seats and which days you want and we will send a quote.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds up to fourteen days before the conference, and a transfer to next year at any point after that.
