These terms cover the use of this website and the purchase of conference tickets. By buying a ticket or using this site you agree to them.
Tickets are personal but transferable: tell us the new attendee name at least twenty-four hours before the conference and we will reissue at no charge. Full refunds are available up to fourteen days before the conference; after that a ticket can be transferred to the following year.
The programme is subject to change. If a speaker withdraws we will replace the session where we can, and the conference will not be refundable on the grounds of a single programme change.
Sessions are recorded. By attending you accept that you may appear incidentally in photography or recordings taken in session rooms and public areas. Tell the registration desk if you would prefer not to be photographed and we will give you a marked lanyard.
Content on this site belongs to the conference organisers unless stated otherwise. Session recordings are published under a permissive licence, which is stated on each recording.
