Buying glasses online fails on one thing: you cannot try them on. So we stopped trying to solve that and solved the next problem instead: helping people understand exactly what they are ordering.
The configurator pairs photographic frame renders with a plain-language spec panel, and every option changes the picture immediately rather than after a reload. Returns dropped by a third in the first quarter, and the same graphics now run the printed catalogue.
