About this Project
The existing console showed everything with equal weight, which meant it effectively showed nothing. We spent the first two weeks sitting with the operations team at 3am, watching what they actually looked at.
The rebuild puts four numbers at the top, everything else behind a keystroke, and colour only where colour means something is wrong. Median time to acknowledge an incident fell from eleven minutes to under three.
