This policy explains what happens to personal information when you use this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

When you send us a message we keep your name, your email address and what you wrote, so that we can reply. If you visit the site we record aggregate traffic figures that cannot identify you individually. We do not run advertising trackers.

Why we keep it

Enquiries are kept so that a conversation started today still makes sense in six months. Aggregate analytics tell us which pages are useful and which are not. That is the whole list.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and our hosting provider, both under contract, both in the region you would expect. We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after twenty-four months unless you became a client, in which case we keep the correspondence for the life of the relationship plus the period our accountants insist on.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address on our contact page and we will act within thirty days, usually much sooner.

Cookies

A single cookie remembers whether you have dismissed our notices. Nothing else is set unless you submit a form, at which point a session cookie exists only long enough to prevent duplicate submissions.
