These terms apply whenever you use this website or engage us for work. They are deliberately short.

Using this website

You are welcome to read, print and share anything published here. You may not republish it as your own, and you may not use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other people.

Our services

Work is carried out under a separate written agreement that sets out scope, timetable and fees. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Intellectual property

On final payment, everything we produce for you becomes yours outright. Until then it remains ours. The underlying tools and libraries we bring stay ours and are licensed to you perpetually for the delivered work.

Payment

Invoices are payable within thirty days. Late payment carries statutory interest, though we would much rather send a reminder than an invoice for interest.

Liability

We stand behind our work and will put right anything that is our fault. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is capped at the fees paid for the work in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which our registered office sits, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
