Every dog on our list has been health checked, vaccinated and assessed by the shelter team, so you know exactly who you are meeting before you arrive. Tell us about your home, your hours and the walks you enjoy, and our adoption counsellors shortlist the dogs whose temperament genuinely fits your life.
A meet and greet takes about an hour. You spend time with the dog in a quiet room, then in the yard, and our team answers every question about training history, medical notes and food. Nobody is asked to decide on the day.
How adoption works
- Send an enquiry and tell us about your household.
- Book a meet and greet at the shelter with two dogs we have matched to you.
- Complete a short home check, in person or by video call.
- Collect your dog with a starter pack, microchip transfer and four weeks of free support.
Adoption never ends at the gate. Every adopter keeps a direct line to the counsellor who handled the match, and our behaviour team runs free settling-in clinics for the first month at home.
