Who we are
We started in 2009 with one van, three volunteers and a list of dogs nobody had come to collect.Fifteen years later we are a community of shelters, foster homes, nutritionists, sitters and vets who all work to the same standard: no dog leaves our care until the match is right for the dog and the family. That is why we spend an hour on every meet and greet, and why we still call every adopter four weeks after they go home.
We are funded by our members, not by advertising. Membership pays for the clinic, the transport van and the behaviour team, and it keeps our adoption fees low enough that a good home is never priced out.
