Donors deserve to know where the money goes, not in a pie chart, but line by line. Here is the honest route a single dollar takes from your card to a delivered outcome.

Roughly four cents leave immediately in card and banking fees. We could hide this by asking you to cover it, but we would rather show it.

Five cents fund the organization itself: the audit, the insurance, the small salaried team who negotiate with suppliers, chase grant paperwork and answer your emails.

The remaining ninety-one cents reach a program. If you named a cause, they reach that cause. If you did not, they go to whichever active program is furthest from its goal that month.

Every quarter we publish the ledger and an independent auditor reviews the annual accounts. If a figure on a cause page ever looks wrong to you, tell us: twice now a supporter has caught something before we did.
