Yes. The donation form lets you direct your gift to any active cause, or leave it as “where it is needed most” so we can move it to whichever program is furthest from its goal.

In most jurisdictions it is. We issue a receipt by email within one working day of the donation clearing, and an annual summary each January that you can hand straight to your accountant.

Please do. Recurring gifts are the single most useful thing a supporter can offer, because they let our field teams commit to programs that run for years rather than weeks. You can change or stop a monthly gift at any time.

Thousands of employers match staff giving, often dollar for dollar. Send us your employer’s name through the contact form and we will tell you whether a scheme exists and complete the paperwork on your behalf.

Fill in the volunteer application. Our coordinator reads every one and replies within three working days with the roles that fit your skills, languages and availability.

For most roles, no: willingness and reliability matter more. Medical and safeguarding roles do require current registration, and we will ask for it before you are placed.

We work where local organizations invite us and where the need is measurable. Every program starts with a partner already on the ground, because relief delivered by outsiders alone rarely lasts.

Yes. Corporate partnerships range from funding a single program to long-term logistics support. Our partnerships team will build a proposal around your goals rather than sending you a menu.

Independent auditors review our accounts annually and we publish them in full. Every cause page shows its goal, the amount raised and what that money has already bought.
