About this Project
The situation
A manufacturer reaching the audit threshold for the first time expected months of disruption. Their records were sound but scattered across three systems and a lot of institutional memory.
What we did
We scoped the audit around the areas that genuinely carried risk, agreed the evidence list before fieldwork and ran a dry run against the prior year. The statutory audit completed inside the planned window with no adjustments, and the controls documentation is now maintained as part of the normal month end.
