Is the fee really fixed?
Yes. The monthly fee is agreed in writing before any work starts and does not change without your agreement. Work outside the plan is quoted separately, in advance.
Do you earn commission on anything you recommend?
No. We are paid by our clients and by nobody else, which is the only arrangement that makes the advice worth having.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
At any time, with a month’s notice, and you keep everything we have produced for you. There is no exit charge and no minimum term.
What is not included?
Anything that requires a specialist in another jurisdiction, and any third-party product charges. Both are shown to you before they are incurred.
