By using this website or entering any of our studios you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the space. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here is always the one that applies.

Membership and access

Membership is personal and may not be transferred or shared. Keycards remain our property and must be returned when a membership ends. Access hours are set by the plan you hold, and we may vary them temporarily for maintenance or for safety reasons, giving as much notice as we reasonably can.

Payment

Fees are payable in advance. Monthly plans run for thirty days from the date of signup and renew unless you tell us otherwise. Additional services such as meeting rooms, printing beyond an included allowance and booth hours are charged at the rates published at the front desk.

Acceptable use

The studios are shared workplaces. We ask members to keep noise reasonable, to use the booths for calls, to leave shared areas as they found them and to treat staff, members and guests with respect. We may end a membership without refund where this is persistently ignored.

Your property

Lockers are provided for convenience and are not a safe. Items left in the studio remain your responsibility, and we recommend that you insure any equipment you bring in. We are not liable for loss or damage to personal property except where caused by our negligence.
