When you enquire or join we collect your name, email address, phone number and, where relevant, your company name and the workspace you are interested in. Members also have billing details and access records associated with their keycard.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to administer your membership, to issue invoices and to send occasional notices about the studio you use, such as maintenance windows or changes to access hours. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

Marketing

If you have asked to hear about events and offers, you can stop at any time using the link in any message we send, or by telling the front desk. Withdrawing marketing consent never affects your membership.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. You can refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to any part of the site.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for twelve months. Membership and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold them, and are deleted once that period ends.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to our team and we will respond within thirty days.
