A Logistics Engine Built for Scale
The Industrial Hub is a ninety-two thousand square foot distribution center on the outskirts of Beijing, built to move freight around the clock. A clear internal height of fourteen meters and forty loading docks let the operator turn trucks in minutes rather than hours.
We delivered the steel superstructure in just under seven months using a pre-engineered frame and tilt-up concrete panels. Rooftop solar, LED high-bay lighting and a smart building system trimmed the facility running costs well below the regional benchmark.
