A Workplace That Works for People
This California headquarters was conceived as a campus rather than a tower. Three linked pavilions step down a landscaped slope, each organized around a daylit atrium that draws staff toward shared stairs, cafes and collaboration decks.
Sustainability was written into every decision, from the exposed timber structure to the greywater recycling and the photovoltaic canopy over the car park. The building reached its net zero energy target in its first year of operation, a first for the client real estate portfolio.
