What we collect when you book a clean, why we need it and how long we keep it.

Last updated on 1 January 2026. This page is written in plain language on purpose; if anything here is unclear, ask the office and we will explain it.

What We Collect

When you book a clean or send a message we collect your name, email address, telephone number, the address to be cleaned and the details of the service you asked for. If you use the cost calculator we also store the figures you entered, so the quote we send matches the one you saw.

We do not collect payment card details on this website. Card payments are taken after the visit through our payment provider, and only the last four digits of the card reach our records.

Why We Need It

We use your details to confirm the booking, to tell your cleaner where to go and when, to send the receipt, and to contact you if something changes. We also keep a short history of your visits so a returning customer does not have to explain their home twice.

We never sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone outside the company except the cleaner assigned to your booking and our payment provider.

How Long We Keep It

Booking records are kept for six years, which is the period our insurer and our accountants require. Enquiries that never become bookings are deleted after twelve months.

Ask us to delete your details and we will remove everything we are not legally required to keep, and confirm in writing what remains and why.

Cookies

This site sets a small number of cookies: one to keep your session while you fill in a form, and one to remember whether you have dismissed a notice. There is no advertising tracking on this website.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to the office and we will reply within thirty days.
