Because booking a cleaner used to mean three phone calls, a vague quote and hoping someone turned up.
We opened in 2018 with two cleaners, one van and a simple rule: quote the price before the visit, and never change it afterwards. Seven years later the rule has not moved, and neither has the way we hire.
Every cleaner on this site was interviewed in person, reference-checked and insured before their first booking. They keep the same rounds week after week, which is why most of our customers ask for the same person by name.
We clean around eleven hundred homes and offices a month across the city, with eco-certified products in every kit and a written checklist agreed at the first visit.
