How can I Pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus secure online payment once your cleaning is complete. Your card is only charged after the job is confirmed and finished.
Are there any upfront fees?
There are no upfront fees to book. You pay a single flat rate based on your selections, billed after the cleaning is done, with a clear receipt sent straight to your email.
Can I cancel my Plan?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule any booking from your account at no charge as long as you give us at least twenty-four hours notice before the scheduled visit. Last-minute changes may carry a small fee to cover our cleaner.
