Who Can Rent

You must be sixteen or over to rent a bike and eighteen or over to rent an electric bike. Riders under eighteen need a named adult on the booking. We may ask for photo identification at the station.

What Is Included

Every rental includes the bike, a helmet, a lock on request, and roadside support during opening hours. Lights are fitted to every bike and are yours to use for the length of the rental.

Rentals are charged per bike per day at the rate shown on the product page. A day runs from collection until the same time the next day, with a one hour grace period.

Looking After the Bike

Lock the bike through the frame and a wheel to a fixed stand whenever you leave it. Do not carry a passenger on a bike built for one, and do not ride an electric bike in water deeper than the hub.

Normal wear is expected and never charged for. Damage caused by misuse, and theft while the bike was left unlocked, are charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

If Something Goes Wrong

Call the number on your confirmation email. We will talk you through the fix, swap the bike at the nearest station, or collect it. Time lost to a mechanical fault is refunded.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel up to twenty four hours before collection for a full refund. Inside twenty four hours we refund everything except the first day. Our money back guarantee covers the whole rental if you return the bike on the first day unhappy with it.

Liability

You ride at your own risk and are responsible for obeying road law. Our liability is limited to the value of the rental, except where the law does not allow that limit.
