Founder and Head MechanicBought the first six bikes, still builds every wheel that goes out on a road bike. Will talk about bearing preload for as long as you let her.
Dan Whitlock
Workshop LeadRuns the service schedule and the parts store. If a bike leaves the arch, Dan has signed it off.
Priya Raman
Rider SupportAnswers the phone, the email and the door. Knows which bike suits which commute better than anyone here.
Tom Sandoval
Electric SpecialistLooks after the battery fleet and runs the test drives. Trained by the motor manufacturer, sceptical of range claims.
