Bookings and Payments
A booking is confirmed once we issue a written confirmation and receive your deposit. The balance is due sixty days before departure; trips booked inside sixty days are payable in full at confirmation.
Published prices include the services listed in the itinerary and exclude visas, insurance and personal spending unless stated otherwise.
Changes and Cancellations
You may change traveller names, dates or destinations subject to partner availability; supplier fees are passed through at cost.
Cancellations more than sixty days before departure receive a full refund of the package price. Inside sixty days we refund every amount our partners release to us.
Our Responsibility
We select established airlines, hoteliers and local operators and remain your single point of contact throughout the trip. Where a service fails we will first arrange an equivalent alternative and otherwise refund the affected portion.
Force majeure events, including weather and government action, may require itinerary changes; we always propose the closest available alternative.
