We collect the details you give us when you search, enquire or book: names, contact details, travel dates and preferences. Payment card data is processed by our payment partners and never stored on our systems.
How We Use It
Your details are used to prepare quotes, complete bookings and send the travel documents for your trip. With your consent we also send occasional offers; every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Sharing and Retention
We share booking details only with the airlines, hotels and local operators delivering your trip, and only what each partner needs. Enquiry records are kept for two years, booking records for seven, after which they are deleted.
Your Rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We answer every request within thirty days.
