01. Track a Delivery
Every dispatch email carries a tracking link. If yours has not arrived within three working days of that email, tell us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.
02. Return or Exchange
Unopened products go back within thirty days for a full refund. Start a return from your account and we email a prepaid label the same day.
03. Manage a Subscription
Pause, swap products or cancel from your account, up to the ship date. Nothing resets your locked price, and nothing needs an email to us.
Wholesale and gyms
We supply about ninety independent gyms. Trade pricing starts at twenty-four units a quarter, with your own account manager.
