How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same afternoon. Standard delivery is two to three working days; express is next working day and is free on subscription plans.
Can I return a tub I have opened?
Unopened products come back for a full refund within thirty days. If an opened tub is genuinely faulty (wrong flavour, damaged seal, off smell) tell us and we replace it, no return needed.
Are your products third-party tested?
Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for amino profile, heavy metals and banned substances. The certificate for your batch number is on request and published for the current run.
Is the protein suitable for vegans?
The Plant Protein Blend is fully vegan. Our whey and casein products are dairy-derived and are not. Every product page names its source in the first line of the description.
How much protein should I take a day?
Between 1.6 and 2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight covers almost everyone who trains seriously, counting the food you already eat. Our blog goes through how to work yours out.
Do I need to load creatine?
No. Five grams a day reaches the same saturation as a loading phase, about three weeks later and without the stomach upset a twenty-gram day can cause.
Can I change or pause a subscription?
Yes, from your account, up to the ship date. Pausing and swapping products are both two clicks and neither costs anything or resets your locked price.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship across North America and to most of Europe. Duties are calculated at checkout so the price you confirm is the price you pay.
