An order is accepted when we email you a confirmation, not when the payment clears. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel without charge.

Prices include local sales tax where we are registered for it. Import duty on orders outside our shipping regions is the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping is free worldwide. Delivery estimates are estimates: we ship within one working day and hand over to a carrier, and once the parcel leaves us its progress is theirs to report.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and contact support the same day.

You may return any pair within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, in its original box and with the accessories it shipped with. We pay for the return label.

Every pair carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Wear items such as ear cushions and cables are excluded, as is damage from liquid, drops or unauthorised repair.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of the country of the store that took the order, and any dispute is heard in its courts.
